Research & Development
For a Better Tomorrow
We innovate, design, produce, and test our products following eco-friendly and sustainable bio-plastic material development. Our team of chemical, material, and manufacturing engineering experts and scientists work on eco-friendly plastic research to provide a cost-effective and less hazardous solution for the plastic industry. To keep the sustainable balance intact, we aim to replace traditional plastic with eco-friendly biodegradable plastic for manufacturing industries to have a stronger, cost-effective, and long-lasting material that can decompose in a much shorter timespan to benefit the environment.
Our Services
We offer multiple eco-friendly and sustainable services to make a change in the conventional plastic manufacturing industry. Our services include:
Micro and Nano-cellulose Powders
Micro & Nano cellulose is a tiny, lightweight solid matter obtained from plants. It’s a semi-plastic possessing various properties of industrial liquids and can be used to produce efficient bio-resin products with an eco-friendly process.
Cellulose Resin Pellet/Filament Materials
Just like other bio-plastics, our plastics made from cellulose are organic, and the resin pellets and filament materials are based on biodegradable cellulose. As an example, filament materials are a vital component for improving the durability of certain plastic products.
Bioplastic Manufacturing
Unlike traditional plastic manufacturing in various industries, we pursue our vision and produce plastic made from organic sources. These sources are plant-based feedstock, fiber, wood cellulose, and starch. From the raw material processing to the finished product, we consider sustainability and then decide how to manufacture bio-plastic in a cost-effective and eco-friendly way.
Mold Casting Materials – Cellulose-based
The cellulose-based molding service for casting materials (like resin, filler, plaster, latex, and polyurethane) uses biodegradable technology. Cellulose and its various other components are effectively engaged in the manufacturing industry and in the medical and technology sectors. The whole process is done in an eco-friendly manner, and the required extraction is done in quick successions.

Blow Molding
This process is done by the extrusion of heated plastic from a parison (a hollow tube) and then passing compressed gas to make an eco-friendly plastic product of optimum quality. Using sustainable, biodegradable materials is vital to produce eco-friendly products.
Compression Molding
This molding is done in a confined, heated mold cavity. The desired eco-friendly plastic is first heated and then placed in the cavity by setting the required dimension. This process utilizes ‘green’ composite materials for a better, cleaner future.
Injection Molding
This is the most common type of molding used in the mass production of different plastic parts. The plastic is first melted and then injected into the mold to get the final part. Reducing waste generation to a minimum is a key aspect of sustainable injection molding.
Transfer Molding
This molding is done by pouring the pot with the casting material and thrusting it into the mold where it solidifies and then extracting out the desired product. Transfer molding is lightweight but durable enough to be used for automobile manufacturing.
Thermoforming
Thermoforming is a type of manufacturing where plastic sheets are heated and then molded. The mold is then trimmed into the desired shapes to create the final product. Plastic and polymers are largely used for thermoforming, and we ensure full usage of biodegradable materials.
3D Printing
The creation of 3D objects by depositing required material in a digital printer and applying printing processes by fusing liquid/solid particles in layers. We use biodegradable plastic, biopolymers, and carbon fibers for eco-friendliness.
